At first I was disappointed to hear that it wasn't using Android Wear OS, but I decided to give it a shot and I have not been disappointed! The only issue I have had is with Spotify working over Bluetooth but other than that it looks, works, and feels great!

I justified this purchase because I am keeping an eye on my pulse these days. Some of the watch faces are really cool. I like the convenience of just reading txt msgs on my wrist instead of having to dig my phone out of my pocket. The curbside pickup was great. There was like a dozen people waiting on line outside to get in. I called the store and my man was bringing my watch to my door within 2 minutes ;)

You want to have the freedom and do not expect a reduced feature set if it is not somehow tied to a mothership. this Galaxy is no different. If you have a Samsung Galaxy phone or otherwise, it is really good. You still get all the functionalities otherwise also but the app and sync with an iPhone is bit limited. Overall a good buy. Why 4 stars ...because I do not like myself to be tied down
