First smartwatch, but seems to have more than I need. Exercise application was the most important thing. This watch has several categories and, coupled with the Samsung Health on the smartphone, syncs the data to the phone for record keeping.

I bought it as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and he is really in love with this smartwatch, it is not only that it is smart, it is how beautiful it looks, it is all in one, technology and at the same time casual.

This watch is amazing. You have many cool faces to choose from. It has a lot of features....to many to name. And of course with Bestbuy Geek Squad protection...you cannot go wrong. Best watch I have ever owned. MUCH better than FitBit Ionic!!! Owned that too!

Had the first series of the Apple Watch when the face popped out. Asked if it could be repaired and the cost was more than buying this Galaxy watch. The watch does everything the Apple Watch does and some extras. Only reason I gave it four stars is because you can’t access all the features if you don’t have an Android unit. All feature are. Not available if you only have an iPhone. .

Been very Handy Especially for Work When I can't Pick up and Look at My Phone. Wear it everyday Even going to bed for it could track my sleep and Just overall Satisfied With this Purchase! I was Very anxious for this Watch and Now I finally Have it!

Coming from a Fitbit Versa, I wanted the fitness tracking, plus the smart watch capabilities, and I thought I had that in the Galaxy. I loved everything about it, except for one of the dumbest flaws ever... you can't use the watch in "always on" mode while swimming laps. They have an "always on" option, or the ability to keep your watch back lit always at an obvious cost to your battery's longevity, but you CANNOT use it while tracking your swimming. The screen goes dark. If you want to check your progress, you have to fiddle with your watch to get the screen to come back on wasting time. The Fitbit Versa stayed on, or back lit, the entire exercise, making it simple to track your progress at a glance. Also, the Galaxy insisted on talking to me while I swimming, but I never could tell what it was saying, 'cause, ya know, I was swimming. And to make matters worse, tech support was of no help. They acted like I was speaking a different language and kept telling me the same solution, which is what I did on my own, to no avail. So here I go, doing what I never thought I'd be doing, and that's buying an Apple watch.

Most annoying part is the band, like most watches. I bought two different bands and it still doesn't fit well. Although, for it's useage, it is very high quality. Would recommend to anyone who wants a watch that can withstand sweat, water, hitting it into a wall or the sink when washing dishes, etc. Would recommend over the other Galaxy watches by far.

This watch has been excellent for daily use. Whether for casual use or for morning walks. I think this is a solid option if you're not looking to spend 2 or 3 times the price of other newer flagships

This is my 3rd smart watch. First being an off brand and not lasting very long. Second being an Urbane which I liked the look but functionality was limited. After watch stopped charging I went with this Samsung. I am still learning its functions and do find it troublesome to access multiple text messages after another comes in. Good looking watch. I have small wrists and it is a bit big also.

I purchased this watch for my husband after hours of reviews on different watches and brands. So glad I made the right choice! He loves it! He had a Fitbit ionic before and this much better! I highly recommend it.

The watch looks great, the faces are fun, the app features are not that great.

It's a great smart watch. I almost bought the Samsung Galaxy Watch, but this one is more powerful and has better features. The Galaxy Watch only looks better and has a slightly better battery, and is more expensive. Great purchase!

After testing other brands and using it for fitness tracking and as a smartwatch I am overall pleased with the watch! I like the fact that you can customize the faces, music and other features are great! I also like that it's a round face and not squared.

Mostly very good have some questions about software like it is missing something or it has some installed that I don't need but can't remove But the most ANNOYING thing is no sync to Google Maps or no Google Maps app for it!

I have had various fitbits over the years and was u sure of a smart watch because they required a mobile plan, but this one works off of wifi and bluetooth. It has so many apps and ways to use it I rarely find myself wearing a regular watch.

First, I did a lot of research prior to buying this watch. I have a Samsung Note 8, so I expected that the interface between the watch and phone to be nearly flawless, but that proved not to be the case. Because I don't use the native texting app I wasn't able to get notifications on the watch. Also, despite a ton of research, I was never able to get email notifications on the watch. You're forced to use the Samsung tool to get to your email, which worked for 1 email account, but nothing I did would allow me to receive notifications for my primary email. Both accounts are Gmail, so it makes no sense why one worked, but not the other. One good thing about the watch is that it that there are a ton of different watch faces available, and a lot are free. In the end I've decided to return the watch because without notifications for email and texts it's just not useful.

this watch is a gift for me. its been pretty cool so far so other issues except on texting its very hard to put letters in sometimes but its still good, also its good for tracking my steps and miles ive been walking. Just dont like the armbands
