Got the open box one but was handed over a nee watch! The dial is great way to control the watch. One of the best still in the market

I love this smartwatch. I use to always misplace my phone. Now I have it right on my wrist with the time, heart rate, pulse, step counter, etc.

Very durable. Nice looking. Is very smart and does so much. Talking over the watch is clear, and the person your talking to doesn't even know your on your watch.

Very good smartwatch. Very functional. Takes a while to figure it all out but I like it. Glad I waited and didn't buy the gear sport because this is better and water proof

I really enjoyed this watch. Looked great, battery life was amazing and felt good on my wrist. The reason why it was returned was for lack of notifications. I have a Pixel device not a Samsung. During silent hours on my phone there was no way to make the watch give any notification other than a screen pop up, no noise or vibration. This to me defeats the purpose. After speaking to Google and then Samsung they both came the same conclusion. Samsung said it best. This watch is designed to work best with Samsung devices, although it does support others.

I've had this watch for 3 weeks now, so far nothing to complain about. This is my 4th Samsung smart watch and the same gestures are used and very easy to use once you've had a Samsung product. Samsung pay is one of the best features.

This watch is great. I love the raised bezel that functions as a scroll wheel. Good size, weight, and battery life.

I have used Apple watch extensively before switching onto this, a pleasant change. I feel I was missing a lot. Lots of custumizations, better activity capture/alerts and I like round dial(maybe after using Apple’s rectangular dial for long). All in all I am enjoying this

I love my Samsung galaxy smartwatch. It does everything I need. It tracks my heart rate and more.

I have been using the watch now for about a month and its great! Holds up to hard workouts and even working outdoors! Keeps me informed for work!

Great Watch! Texting isn't the best. Pretty much good just to send the quick responses or a little doodle. Doesn't support Google Voice. BIXBY still not that great but better then S-Voice. Only got it cause I can't fell my phone vibrate in my pocket. I rather get a Switch.

I b ought the watch for health monitoring purposes but found that it does so much more. Particularly like the multi watch faces available and the note taking ability.

Had the galaxy gear s3 prior to this watch and I love the water feature. Nice to know you don't have to worry about taking it off before you get in the water.

Love this watch. Had first gen Samsung. Battery was only good for maybe 7 hrs on a good. Have worn and use new one for 4 days before charging.

Watch works great, a little tough to hook it all up but once its done its easy and very accurate. got a lot nicer look than the apple watch as well.
