Its an upgrade to the S3 Frontier which was a great watch but better battery life with the same build and bright screen. Price is right!

Watch looks really nice for men and works perfectly. I use iphone and does not have any connection problem. Strongly recommended

I have owned over 20 different smart watches and still own about 8 or so. This one finds its way to my wrist 99% of the time. It's classy enough for work, stylish enough for dinner and rugged enough for active outings. App selection is not as vast as Android-based watches and batter life isn't as long as some of my e-ink display watches--BUT, this is a Goldilocks watch--It fits in well among the best of the watches I have. It has enough apps and I can get 3-4 days between charging.

My wife got this for me for a graduation present. I haven't worn a watch in years and I was a little skeptical at first but certainly intrigued as well. Overall I quite like it and find many of it's apps useful though it remains a fun piece of tech vs an essential piece of tech. Pros: -First and foremost it's a watch and it tells time with multiple fun free and for purchase watch faces -HR monitor and step tracker seem to do quite well -I can glance at the watch to check notifications vs having to pull out my phone -I can respond to many notifications on the watch (albeit somewhat slowly -I can control music from my phone or manage songs transferred onto the watch without the need for my phone (good for working out/running/etc) -Multiple and easy to switch out watch bands are available to style it up along with the aforementioned watch faces -I get 4 full days of regular use with one charge with the "always on" display turned off and HR monitoring set to "never" (will measure if I go to a HR app and press "measure") -Easy sync to phone for contacts, calendar, reminders, etc -Per my wife taking phone calls through the watch actually sound pretty good, better than her new iphone when she talks on speaker or through bluetooth in the car -I can swim with it on which is nice Cons: -kind of pricey for a toy -the sleep monitoring is atrocious - there's no way I average a 93% sleep efficiency and only average 8 minutes of deep sleep a night -somewhat limited on apps available at this time -pretty aggressively pushed into the Samsung Health apps which I'm not a huge fan of -responding to messages is a little arduous compared to quickly rattling a response off on my phone - though I guess with more comfort and experience this could change Unknowns: -I don't use Samsung pay so I can't comment on it -bixby voice control doesn't seem all that great so I don't use it/can't really comment on it -I'm sure there are other functions I haven't explored and can't comment on but I don't know what they are because I haven't tried them out! tl;dr Overall I quite like it. It's still fairly "gadgety" vs essential but it's really handy to be able to just glance at my watch to see if I am getting an important text/email vs sports updates or trash talk from buddies that I can put off responding to for a minute. The health functions seem useful but function best as a reminder to be/act healthier vs a driver of improved health.

Feels like an actual watch with circular design. The thing I like baout it most is the battery life and the sleep tracking. It just works. Great smart watch.

If you are looking for a Smart Watch and not a fit tracker, then you will be happy with this purchase. It does a nice job with email alerts, tasks, holds and plays music, even take calls on the watch. It offers many watch face style options and has a lot of widgets to choose from. Now when it comes to a fit tracker, this is where it is just not accurate. I would say it logs about 60-70 % of what my Fitbit does. And logs hardly any floors climbed. Some have had problems with the heart rate monitor, but mine seems pretty good. Battery life is average 2 days. I am hoping Samsung pushes a software update that helps with the fitness aspect of this watch. If that worked I would give it 5 stars.

I bought this exact same watch last year for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves it. It was on sale and Best Buy had the best price. Last month our son graduated from U.S. Marine Corps so he got to come home for 10 days. When he saw his dads watch he really loved it so much that we decided to get him one as a graduation/birthday gift. Of course it was on sale on Best Buy so I did a pickup in store and got it the next day. Thank you Best Buy, I don’t wright reviews all the time but this one is well deserved.

Sleek striking watch. Very masculine and appealing design. Red hands make a sharp contrast and easy to read. Comes with it's own battery charger. Awesome!

I recently had to replace my S3 Frontier watch, and had been very happy with its functions and performance, so I decided to pick up the Galaxy Watch as a replacement. The watch is comfortable, easy to use, has a great battery life, and is in almost every way perfect. Unfortunately, Samsung made one major change when they developed the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Watch 3. They removed the MST functionality from the Samsung Pay app in the watch. The watch will still work with Samsung Pay on any payment terminals that accept NFC, but one of the key advantages to Samsung Pay over Google Pay or Apple Pay was the ability to use Samsung Pay almost anyplace that took credit cards. For me, this is a major disappointment in an otherwise solid product.

I absolutely love this watch! This will be my 3rd Samsung watch following the Gear Fit2 Pro and the S3 Frontier. They just keep getting better and better. The battery life on this one is phenomenal! Paired with my S20 Ultra this watch does it all. My favorite features are the ability to operate my camera with my watch and my ability to see what song is playing and change songs right on my watch. I never have to pull my phone out! 9/10 would definitely suggest to friends and family!

This watch is amazing! Battery last me 5 days. I use it all the time. Fitness apps are great, watch faces are too numerous to count. Highly recommend!

I love this watch compared to previous Gear 3 version. I am solidly getting 5 days battery life connected with my phone 100% of the time. Simple to use..!!

The galaxy watch is amazing and the design is so nice and clean. This watch runs smooth and last without having to charge every night, great buy.

I was officially concerned about the price of this watch. After one month of utilizing this watch to its max, I realized what a great investment this is. It is so versatile on notifying you from every application you can think of or want as well as you can even make phone calls with it. Do yourself a favor, you deserve it,, get this! ( no I do not work here or for the watch ha ha) P.S - even with constant notifications, the watch will last three full days without having to be recharged

This is my 2nd Galaxy Watch. My first one broke after a little over a year of owning it. I swore I would never buy another one. After about a month of not wearing a smartwatch, I started to miss having one. I saw that this was on sale at a competitor for an outstanding low price. I was at a Best Buy and they saId they would match the price. So I bought it. So far the watch has been great. I'm very happy with my purchase. My salesperson was very helpful and friendly.

was recently using Samsung Gear Fit Pro and wanted more of a smart watch than a fitness tracker. Glad I made the switch. Battery last me about 4 days which is double what the Gear Fit Pro was giving me, plus giving me tons of extra features. I like having the ability to swap watch faces and its easy with the app, tons of free ones too! I am worried that i'll accidentally scratch it so I've purchased a screen protector and a bumper type case that protects it without loss of function of the buttons and bezel. I would recommend it!

By far the best watch ive ever worn. Battery life is incredible last about 3-4 days. Feel and looks like a real watch. And the features are great
