Not having my phone in my hand in order to stay in touch with incoming calls, e-mails, is nice to have at work. Tracking my exercise has helped keep me motivated. Easy to program.

The battery life improvement alone was worth it. It is a high quality device. The only challenge I've had is NFC doesn't seem to work as consistently as my Frontier.
