Ive been to Best Buy in East Peoria two time's and they don't know anything about this promotion.

No one has a clue at Google Fi. Samsung just posts a standard script response that doesn't work. It is beyond annoying and absurd. Why is it impossible to get a straight, helpful answer from anyone as to why this promotion does not activate???

Misleading promo

I have been unable to claim this. The best buy employee said he hated promos like this and couldn't help me. I have been emailing google support and they keep giving me the same instructions from the website. I have tried all the steps multiple time and have been unsuccessful. It is now past the return date and I am stuck with this.

Same watch as 2024 model

Not worth the purchase if you already own the 2024 model.

BestBuy online support couldn't help. BestBuy store staff has no clue. There's also a return restocking fee. Disappointed with BestBuy can't keep up with their own promotion/marketing.
