Hey Lazaro, we appreciate your feedback on the Galaxy Watch Ultra. All our customer's feedback is welcome as we continue to make improvements. We are glad to see that you think that your Watch Ultra is nice. We also noted your concerns about the freezing that you've been experiencing. If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third-party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. We recommend checking out our article called "Samsung smart watch screen is slow, frozen, or not responding" for options that should help resolve what you are experiencing. If this persists, please reach out to us at Support. -Kelvin Samsung

One installed app from Samsung installed on my phone made the phone unusable. The watch needs a professional to set up. The sound is too low and gave no way to change the sound volume. I could not add mo/day/date to home screen. Most of the time the watch informed me that service was not possible at this time.

We appreciate your outreach, Yiromy. Your feedback is essential as we continue to make improvements to our devices and services. We see that you reached out regarding the Galaxy Watch Ultra. If your watch keeps locking, you may need to check and make sure that your wrist detection is enabled. When enabled, the watch automatically detects when it is being worn. It is advisable to only turn this feature off if your watch has trouble detecting when it is on your wrist. From Settings, tap Security and Privacy > Wrist Detection. If this continues, please reach out to us at Support so that we can further assist you. - Kelvin Samsung

Gear up for every expedition with a range of band options for all terrains. With the new One UI, powered by an all-new processor, Galaxy Watch Ultra has you covered wherever you roam. We hate to see that you've experienced a shortened battery life on your watch. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. I have been wearing this watch for a little over a week now. I wanted to take a few extra days to test out the battery life and some of the health apps. For background information, I currently own a Galaxy 4 and 5 pro watch. Each getting a little better over the previous version. I have not tried a 6 so I will compare to the two that I own. The Ultra looks far better and I believe it is from the squared off edges. The contrast of silvers and gray with the orange main button is a nice touch. Battery life is pretty darn good. I wear my watch about 16 hours a day and I do not charge it at night until I get down under 10%. I have made it over 4 days without charging. The screen is big and bright. Colors are sharp and crisp, font being easily changed to your liking and is very easy to read. Mine came with a gray band, which I prefer, however I am still not a big fan of the band. My wife likes and says the watch looks good. The vibration is on the weaker side, as well. I can feel it and I have no issues knowing which type of notification I am receiving. I just wish it was just a tad stronger. The basic health app does a great job and lets me know when I have obtained my workout or walking goals. Changing your goals is much easier, I feel, on this watch than my previous two. No issues being in the pool, either. I have paired this with the S23 Ultra and it was seamless. One other note is that most of the notifications are turned off for your apps so I had to go back through and reselect them. I guess this could have been avoided by copying my previous watch settings. This is my favorite watch so far, I am very impressed.

Best Buy’s customer service at the store level has been deteriorating over the past 12 months. In 2008-2012, BB offered abhorrent service and they are returning to their old ways. The item purchased is fine. Best Buy’s service at the store assistant manager and manager levels is poor and disappointing!

Initially, when I was shopping online, I was unsure if I would want the Ultra version versus the standard Watch 7. Some of the reasons being that the cost is twice as much, it comes in only one large size of 47mm (40 and 44 for the Watch 7), and it is thicker and didn’t seem as sleek in comparison. For further reference, I already own the Watch 4 in a 40mm variant and it looks good on my thin wrist. However, I went into a physical Best Buy and compared the Ultra and 7 and even tried them on. I must say, the Ultra grew on me and it doesn’t feel as big as it seems on spec sheets. Seeing as it only comes in an LTE version, I tested out the setup with my phone carrier (T-Mobile) and it couldn’t have been easier to connect and select a plan. I should point out that you do not need to set this up as you can use it as a standalone watch or just connect it via Bluetooth to your phone assuming you have an android or a Samsung Galaxy (my preference). Speaking of connecting to an android (not compatible with iPhone), you can adjust all watch settings right from your phone using the Wear app. This takes some of the pressure off if you feel it to be cumbersome making adjustments within the watch itself. Now let’s get to the main reason to own this watch: the health features. It has the typical heart rate, daily activities, workouts, etc. that most are already familiar with. I personally like to keep track of my sleeping habits. Especially the sleep apnea feature and blood oxygen levels. For those with a spouse/partner that says you snore at night but don’t believe them, there is a ‘snore detection’ feature that will record 30 seconds of snoring that you can hear for yourself. With regards to workout settings, the watch can be programmed to automatically detect any workouts and start recording them or you can operate those manually. I personally set up ‘boxing’, ‘bike indoor’, and ‘circuit training’ as my go to workouts. From what I see, you can also put together a whole workout routine in ‘multisport’ by selecting different exercises, break times, and workout timed intervals. Overall, although I may not be the avid workout enthusiast this watch is intended for, I am very happy with the Ultra version.

An ultra smartwatch that is distinct

It was a matter of time before Samsung decided to release a watch that has it all and does it all. I decided to pick up the Galaxy Watch Ultra to have along side the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic that I picked up last year partly because aesthetically it complements the Classic as an activity watch. I know many people have compared this to another large tech company's offering, but this really is a distinct styling. I really like it. First, while it has a square-ish body, the fact that the face is physically round is something I really appreciate. The screen is large and bright, and works really well when I have worn it on hikes. The speed of the interface does feel slightly speedier than the 6 line, although I feel like both are very smooth and except for initializing the watch, I have not experienced any stutter in the interface. The OS is pretty much the same as previous iterations of WearOS on Galaxy. You have notifications to the left, tiles to the right, the app drawer comes from the bottom, and the shortcuts are above. This really is a great set up, and remains that way for me. Intuitive. The Ultra does not have a physical rotating bezel, but I can say the digital bezel on the Ultra feels incredibly responsive compared to the last digital bezel I had, on the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. I will say the center physical button on the right hand side of the face is just a button. Had this been a crown that rotated to navigate it would have been a home run. Speaking of this button, it's made to be a specific action button, with a small selection of pre-defined actions you can choose from. For me the only one that makes sense is quick access to the exercise menu. I hope Samsung will expand this list in the future. The other two buttons above and below this action button function the same ways the two buttons have functioned on past models. You can configure these the same ways also. Health sensors seem to be modestly improved from previous models, I had no problem tracking my vitals during hikes, and as a daily wear, it gives me good feedback on heart rate and activity. The Ultra is also configured by default for cellular service. My mobile plan includes attachment of a wearable, so I have been able to use this functionality also. This has come in most handy with hiking. Having been near a cellular tower, I was able to leave my phone behind and just use my Ultra for notifications, directions, and streaming music. This was actually better than I thought it would be. I noticed the battery did get hit harder with this, but I was able to comfortably use my watch with cellular connected for the entire day of hiking. I usually charge pretty regularly anyway, so this didn't bother me. Fortunately I haven't had the need to use any emergency features, but I did test the siren feature, and it is LOUD. So if there is ever a need for detection if lost this thing will help. Overall the Ultra is a solid watch if you have a Samsung phone to pair it with. It won't work with an iPhone easily or directly, and with other Android phones it has some functionality, but is missing features. So consider this device a part of the Samsung ecosystem. Barring that, I wouldn't hesitate recommending the Ultra as a solid activity smartwatch that looks decent, but is definitely for sporty looks.

I have had several smart watches and none of them compare to this one. I was worried about soending the money on this knowing the way of so many others, helplessly laid to rest in the bed side drawer. This watch simplifies my life! I get up and put it on knowing it will keep me on ttacknwith reminders and step goals. The battery life is alos amazing. I charge it nightly, but i did wear it on a layaking trip over four days and it never got below 20% without charging. It went in the river multiple times without any issues. What a win. Loves this thing.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra Titanium 47mm LTE represents the pinnacle of Samsung’s smartwatch lineup, merging cutting-edge technology with premium materials for a device that is as durable as it is stylish. As a flagship model, it boasts numerous features tailored for fitness enthusiasts, tech aficionados, and those who simply demand a high level of performance from their wearable devices. The Galaxy Watch Ultra’s titanium construction is a significant upgrade over the typical aluminum or stainless steel found in most smartwatches. Titanium is not only lighter than stainless steel but also more resistant to scratches and corrosion, making it ideal for rugged use. The 47mm size ensures a prominent presence on the wrist without feeling excessively bulky, balancing durability with comfort. The watch features a 1.5-inch AMOLED display, which offers bright, vibrant colors and deep blacks. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass DX+, known for its enhanced scratch resistance and durability. The always-on display is highly readable in direct sunlight, thanks to its high peak brightness, making it easy to check notifications or fitness stats even outdoors. With its sleek, minimalist design, the Galaxy Watch Ultra is both stylish and functional. It sports a rugged aesthetic with reinforced edges and a prominent bezel, giving it a distinct, modern look. The inclusion of interchangeable bands allows for customization to suit different occasions, from sporty silicone straps to elegant leather options. I have already received many compliments at work, even from Apple watch users! Under the hood, the Galaxy Watch Ultra is powered by Samsung’s Exynos W1000 processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. This combination ensures smooth performance, whether you're navigating through apps, tracking workouts, or responding to messages. The 32GB of internal storage provides ample space for apps, music, and other media. Running on Wear OS Powered by Samsung, the watch integrates seamlessly with Android devices. The interface is intuitive, with a customizable watch face and easy access to widgets. The addition of Google’s services, like Google Maps and Google Pay, enhances the functionality of the watch, providing a comprehensive ecosystem for users. The battery is designed to last up to 2 days on a single charge with typical usage, although heavy use of features like GPS and LTE can reduce this. The watch supports fast charging, reaching 100% in approximately 60 minutes, which is convenient for users with busy lifestyles. The Galaxy Watch Ultra excels in fitness tracking, offering an array of sensors including GPS, an optical heart rate monitor, an ECG (electrocardiogram), and a blood oxygen level sensor. It supports numerous workout modes, from running and cycling to swimming, and provides detailed metrics like VO2 max, recovery time, and advanced running dynamics. Health monitoring is a standout feature. The watch continuously tracks heart rate, sleep patterns, and stress levels. The ECG and blood pressure monitoring functions are particularly notable, offering users valuable insights into their cardiovascular health. Additionally, the watch includes an innovative body composition measurement tool, which can assess metrics such as body fat percentage and muscle mass. For safety, the watch includes fall detection, which can alert emergency contacts if a fall is detected, and the ability to send SOS messages. This is particularly useful for those who engage in high-risk activities or who have health concerns. The LTE version of the Galaxy Watch Ultra allows for standalone connectivity, meaning you can make and receive calls, send messages, and access data without needing to have your phone nearby. This adds a layer of convenience, especially for users who are frequently on the go. It is also very easy to get it added to your phone plan! The built-in GPS is highly accurate, making it ideal for tracking outdoor activities. It supports multiple satellite systems, including GPS, GLONASS and Galileo ensuring precise location tracking and navigation. With access to the Google Play Store, users can download a wide range of apps to enhance the functionality of the watch. Samsung’s own suite of apps also integrates well, offering additional features like Samsung Health and Samsung Pay. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra Titanium 47mm LTE is a top-tier smartwatch that blends cutting-edge technology with premium build quality. Its advanced health and fitness features, coupled with LTE connectivity and a high-resolution display, make it a standout choice for those who demand the best from their wearable devices. Its robust performance and stylish design justify the investment for those seeking a feature-rich, high-performance smartwatch. I highly recommend you check out this stunning and practical watch!
