It doesn't even worth $300. I don't know why it price is fixed between 419 and 600+. The previous model made more sense.

'Ultra' WHERE?!

Apparently it needs to be positioned on a very specific, smooth part of your wrist, without sweat to get measurements. I'm tired of having to adjust it ten times per workout to get my heart rate.

To measure and record your heart rate, please take your measurements when you are seated and relaxed. However, the watch can be configured to automatically measure and track your heart rate. Here's how: 1. From Samsung Health, tap Heart rate. 2. Tap Measure to begin measuring your heart rate. * After a moment, your heart rate is displayed on the screen. 3. Swipe up to view your minimum and maximum heart rate per hour. 4. Tap Settings to review additional settings for using the Heart rate feature such as measurement frequency and alerts. Without having more details available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest reaching out to Support for further assistance with troubleshooting. Never buy a Samsung Watch.

The watch needs a professional to set up. The sound is too low and gave no way to change the sound volume. I could not add mo/day/date to home screen. Most of the time the watch informed me that service was not possible at this time.

If your watch keeps locking, you may need to check and make sure that your wrist detection is enabled. When enabled, the watch automatically detects when it is being worn. However it DOES NOT PAIR with iPhone. I have carried an iPhone forever but I do not like the I watch. So I thought I would try this. But again it does not pair with the iPhone.
