Great Upgrade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hesitant about upgrading from my Watch4 to this version but I decided to do so and I am glad I made that decision. Only had the watch Ultra for a few hours and it has been a big difference and everyone noticed it as well too.

Battery life has been pretty solid and charging isn't inconvenient. There is no lag in the software which is a great improvement over previous galaxy watches. Fitness tracking and sleep tracking on this watch are absolutely terrible. If those are top priorities for you in a smart watch, look elsewhere.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the only thing this watch does that Apple Watch Ultra 2 doesn't have at the moment is blood oxygen sensor also Samsung made these watch not to work with iPhones like they did in the past they removed the app from apple App Store and the only thing that Samsung watch is beating Apple Watch at is the blood oxygen feature that's it but will admit Samsung makes good watches but I will not buy this one cause its got an ugly design

The Warranty does not cover the Ultra it is water resistance only and should not for swimming. You can confirm the direct phone to the center in TX is 888.495.3382 It seems that the marketing and Ultra website is not TRUE.

Even though your Galaxy Watch Ultra is water resistant, please remember that it's not indestructible. Make sure you follow these tips carefully to prevent any potential damage: > Whenever your watch gets wet, dry it thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth. > Do not expose the watch to water at high pressure levels. > After using the watch in seawater, rinse it in fresh water and dry it. Misery right from the get-go
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have spent a couple hours trying to find what I need to buy to charge this expensive Samsung watch Ultra, which one unboxing does not have a complete charging system included. Worse yet no instructions on what I need to buy, no help at all from Best Buy who didn't mention that it doesn't have a charging device included, and a couple of good hours looking all over the web for what to plug it into yielded nothing but confusion. Thanks for nothing, Best Buy!

If your Galaxy Watch Ultra is disconnecting from your phone, try restarting both devices, make sure Bluetooth is enabled, and update the Galaxy Wearable app. If what you have described persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. A factory reset of the watch may also help resolve what you have been experiencing.
