Ive been to Best Buy in East Peoria two time's and they don't know anything about this promotion.

When I received notifications on my phone it took a while for them to come on my watch, especially texts. I went through the watch settings and all the other troubleshooting tips. If you want a rugid watch for outside activities then this is a great watch.
