However, we purchased it to monitor afib for my husband and it doesn't do a very good job monitoring his sleep. He has tried moving it to the inside of his wrist, but it regularly tells him he only sleeps 3 hrs a night. He is going for a sleep study so time will tell, but right now it seem sketchy.

Signal strength not as strong as a cell phone but not bad. Battery life is max 14 hours in full feature mode.
