Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Watch Ultra offers up to 100 hours of battery life when in Power saving mode or up to 48 hours in Exercise power saving mode. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. To measure and record your heart rate, please take your measurements when you are seated and relaxed. However, the watch can be configured to automatically measure and track your heart rate. Here's how: 1. From Samsung Health, tap Heart rate. 2. Tap Measure to begin measuring your heart rate. * After a moment, your heart rate is displayed on the screen. 3. Swipe up to view your minimum and maximum heart rate per hour. 4. Tap Settings to review additional settings for using the Heart rate feature such as measurement frequency and alerts. If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third-party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. If your watch keeps locking, you may need to check and make sure that your wrist detection is enabled. When enabled, the watch automatically detects when it is being worn. It is advisable to only turn this feature off if your watch has trouble detecting when it is on your wrist. From Settings, tap Security and Privacy > Wrist Detection.
