However it DOES NOT PAIR with iPhone. I have carried an iPhone forever but I do not like the I watch. So I thought I would try this. But again it does not pair with the iPhone.

Abhorrent customer service!

In 2008-2012, BB offered abhorrent service and they are returning to their old ways. The item purchased is fine. Best Buy’s service at the store assistant manager and manager levels is poor and disappointing!

I've always used them for just about everything, so i expect the battery life between charges. But one thing i found different with the 7 ultra. I was doing homework online and got tired, and started to fall asleep. I partially fall off my chair, moments after the watch alerts me. Saying it noticed i had a fall, and do i need it to call S.O.S. I was shocked but impressed. I can imagine it possible it can do more

Battery life has been pretty solid and charging isn't inconvenient. There is no lag in the software which is a great improvement over previous galaxy watches. Fitness tracking and sleep tracking on this watch are absolutely terrible. If those are top priorities for you in a smart watch, look elsewhere.
