Went to a different location and exchanged it and everything worked fine. Stay away from the Pasadena tx location the dude that works the watches is rude and acted like he didn't wnat to be there I will never return to that location.!

I had the 2024 ultra, was hoping for an improvement on the HR but it's the same way h with 32gb more storage not worth the upgrade if you have the ultra 2024

Went to pick up from store and the watch was worn badly and had 3rd party worn band on it. Asked them not to run through as return since had not left store with it, just cancel. They said they had to run return.....OK I guess. Let me be clear, my issue is with Best Buy and how it handles open box. They still charge a hefty price for what is a used item, but they rated this junk as excellent and wasted my time to drive 30 miles round trip. Think twice before you order Open Box on line, my advice is to always go to store and look at item first. Best Buy has gotten pretty bad.....I'm just saying.

I have been unable to claim this. The best buy employee said he hated promos like this and couldn't help me. I have been emailing google support and they keep giving me the same instructions from the website. I have tried all the steps multiple time and have been unsuccessful. It is now past the return date and I am stuck with this.

Please update your new watch in the Galaxy Wearable app when the update is available. Then once your device has been updated, please open the Galaxy Wearable app, navigate to your watch settings, then to mobile plans, and finally Setup mobile plans. *Google Fi phone plan not required. No changes to your current phone number or plan required. 4G data speed is included with the offer up to 500 MB per month, after which usage, data will slow to 256 kbps. Not worth the purchase if you already own the 2024 model.

The watch needs a professional to set up. The sound is too low and gave no way to change the sound volume. I could not add mo/day/date to home screen. Most of the time the watch informed me that service was not possible at this time.
