He began the process of getting it set up and everything was okay working well until he set up blipy the equivalent to Siri then is step tracker wasn’t tracking properly said he took 150+ steps but he active majority of the day. Not sure if he messed up when setting the voice command on.

Went to pick up from store and the watch was worn badly and had 3rd party worn band on it. Asked them not to run through as return since had not left store with it, just cancel. They said they had to run return.....OK I guess. Let me be clear, my issue is with Best Buy and how it handles open box. They still charge a hefty price for what is a used item, but they rated this junk as excellent and wasted my time to drive 30 miles round trip. Think twice before you order Open Box on line, my advice is to always go to store and look at item first. Best Buy has gotten pretty bad.....I'm just saying.
