Battery life is great. Feels heavy but comfortable. The problem is if you use a non Samsung android they lock out the more important sensors like EKG.... Samsung phones suck so it has to go.

The battery life is not what it says. Battery life is half of what it says. I bought it just to monitor my heart and to see the time, I closed all other apps, sounds etc. Still the battery doesn't hold up.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra offers up to 100 hours of battery life when in Power saving mode or up to 48 hours in Exercise power saving mode and up to 60 hours of battery life without Power Saving mode. This is based on typical usage so results may vary. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For instance, certain apps can increase battery consumption. The downside is the battery. The battery doesn't hold that long. I have to turn it off most of the times in order to hold for some hours.

Doesn't pair well with others

However it DOES NOT PAIR with iPhone. I have carried an iPhone forever but I do not like the I watch. So I thought I would try this. But again it does not pair with the iPhone.

I have been unable to claim this. The best buy employee said he hated promos like this and couldn't help me. I have been emailing google support and they keep giving me the same instructions from the website. I have tried all the steps multiple time and have been unsuccessful. It is now past the return date and I am stuck with this.

Please update your new watch in the Galaxy Wearable app when the update is available. Then once your device has been updated, please open the Galaxy Wearable app, navigate to your watch settings, then to mobile plans, and finally Setup mobile plans. *Google Fi phone plan not required. No changes to your current phone number or plan required. 4G data speed is included with the offer up to 500 MB per month, after which usage, data will slow to 256 kbps. Data will be capped at 1 GB per month. Voice calling over LTE is not supported. Hope that helps! If you would like any further assistance afterward, feel free to reach out to Support. Not worth the purchase if you already own the 2024 model.
