Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every few days, the Galaxy Wesrable app forgets my Ultra watch. I then have to factory reset the watch, because Samsung can't figure out how basic software works.

We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Watch Ultra is disconnecting from your phone, try restarting both devices, make sure Bluetooth is enabled, and update the Galaxy Wearable app. If what you have described persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. A factory reset of the watch may also help resolve what you have been experiencing. If your Galaxy Watch Ultra is resetting your health goals, try updating the watch and Samsung Health app, rebooting the watch, clearing Samsung Health app data, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Let us know if you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance afterward by reaching out to Support.
