My mother purchased this as a gift for my wife. The band was too small and she didn't like the color so I exchanged it. When I did the exchange, I purchased another band to make sure it was large enough. I asked if the band inside worked could I return the extra band and get my money back and was told yes. When I returned the extra band, because a portion was paid with the exchange, they returned it all to my mother's credit card and not to me so I didn't get my money back.

Need bigger face. You need to use 2 fingers to operate and not enough room for larger fingers. Functions are great. Store did not have larger size. Store associate was nit wdll versed.

Great Watch has to return it cause I though that i was going to come with 2 bands and it didn't. had to buy a bigger watch.
