    I loved Samsung. I have Galaxy phone, Samsung ear buds and the Galaxy Watch 3. Not even close to water resistant. Water damage is not covered under manufacturer warranty. Almost $200 to fix water damage. I never even submerged to watch and it sustained water damage. Don't trust the water function built into the watch, don't trust the watches ability to track swimming workouts. Buyer beware, read the warranty information before you buy.

    Is appreciate training fir usage. Seems like that's not part of the purchase. And i needed a different band. BB staff no help. Got it from Amazon.

    No LTE cell service

    Paid extra for the LTE version so we could use it to answer and send texts and phone calls when not close to the cell phone or if bluetooth and wifi are turned off. The Samsung rep assured me that it would work with an older phone (Samsung Note 3). I know this is an old phone, but he said that it is compatible. It has Android 5.0 which is the oldest version of Android that it is compatible with. After over 6 hours of my life chatting online and talking on the phone to about 6 different Sprint reps, and 3 different Sprint stores, we still don't have service, after "activating " the $10/month service with Sprint/T-mobile. No one can figure out why it doesn't work. After much research online, mostly with the Sprint blog/community, it seems it is not a phone compatibility issue but an issue between Samsung and Sprint/T-mobile and the watch IMEI identification number or the network it operates on (LTE, VoLTE). No one is willing to take responsibility for the problem.

    Beware Apple users.

    I got this watch when I had a Droid and it worked great! I loved it! Soon as I switched to Apple everything changed. It was no longer accurately tracking my heart rate as I compared it with a heart monitor. The numbers were off by 10+ verses when I had Droid it would be off by 1 or 2. I also don't get messages to the watch anymore, talk function and MORE. If you are an Apple user or thinking about switching this is not the watch for you. My watch will be up for sale on Ebay & Facebook market today!

    if you have 350.00 to waste, this would be a good purchase. bought mine early March.{ it broke May 21}. I mean it dropped dead that morning. Bestbuy nor Samsung will do anything. They didn't even try to repair.
