    Duped by Sprint and Samsung that this watch 3 is compatible with a Samsung galaxy Note 3 phone. It will pair with it on bluetooth but not the LTE network. Took me about 8 hours with about 12 different Sprint and Samsung reps to finally figure out the older phone I have works on the older LTE cell phone network, but not the newer VoLTE network that the watch 3 uses. Useless to spent the extra money on the LTE version of the watch and $10/month for the service at Sprint. It is supposedly compatible with Android 5.0, which is on the phone, but not compatible with the network or frequency the phone uses for cell service. Sprint and Samsung should have know this a long time ago. Sprint nor Samsung (at Best Buy) will make me a good deal on a new phone to make up for the mistake. By good deal, I mean a price that was available in December, when I bought the watch.

    I didn't get any user information on how to work this watch. For the cost of the phone is should have a user guide. I don't know how to delete apps running in the background. I need help.

    State College store only had black watch displayed. Clerk refused to allow me to see the other colored watches unless I bought it. Only brought me the one watch( even though I paid in full ) before I was allowed to see the one I thought I liked better..... TERRIBLE SERVICE. Great watch, but heavy

    I love Samsung products and this watch is great - does so many things I have not even had time to check out yet. Besides from having the date, time, weather and battery level on my wrist, it can detect my sleep, steps each day, etc. And the color (Mystic Bronze) matches my Galaxy Note 20! It is a little pricey but not as expensive as an Apple! And the quality of the watch is very good. It looks very nice!

    I love my Galaxy watch. I just wish they sold arm bands so they cN be worn on the upper arm for those that work in areas where we can not have anything on lower than our elbows (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in hospitals).

    I have had it since December and i already have to get it switched out. Battery dies in less then 12 hrs. With normal use. Used to last a day and a half. Now it over heats just sitting on my dresser
