Verizon has been working on a solution and has been contact whilst trying to figure it out. Great upgrade from my gear s2. People also hear me better and the speaker is also better.

Battery life is very short

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The watch has a ton of features, it was easy to setup and use. the only problem is that its battery lasts 1 day if you use it as intended. I disabled most of the settings and was able to extend its life by 10 hours or so. It basically needed to be charged every 1.5 days with average use. This was a replacement to the Fitbit Sense, but considering the battery life, it was returned. Also, in comparison to the Sense, the watch feels twice as heavy.
