Fine smart watch but the failure to be compatible with receiving texts from LG phone is deal killer. Got this info from experience and LG customer support confirmed it.

I don't have an issue with the watch per se, but I was lead to believe that it could function as a stand alone phone like my previous watch. I was told to either call AT&T or go to their store to have my phone number transferred. Again bad advice. So my complaint is really with the sales person not being knowledgeable about the products they have to sell. The watch is nice, has a battery life that is roughly 2 days and has several health features that I like.

The battery life sucks even with the notifications turned off. This is a deal breaker for me when a watch cost $500 or more. Also, the need to get a better app to utilize data.

Everything is nice all its features works ok but , the seller didnt told me that this model doesn't have Verizon connection , so lm unhappy with this

Nice smart watch but I don’t like the button on the side looking like that. Like my previous Samsung watches the button is not visible like this one

The size of the watch is just right. It is not to small to see the details for any face, and not to big to be a distraction on the wrist.

The watch is great, except for one major issue. The HR Monitor freezes at 130. So if you're needing it for a fitness tracker, be aware of the issue.

Performs as good, if not better than any other premium smartwatch. Paid a pretty penny for it, but I love the look of the watch with the classic design.

Samsung watch3 battery life is not as good as the samsung watch the speaker seems to be lower but not a bad watch over all

The batter life between charges is poor compared to the older versions. I can barely get through 24 hours before recharging.

Two important apps do not work. The Bixby app does not work, so I cannot give it verbal commands. After two calls to Samsung tech support, the said it does not work with a Galaxy 7 phone. Last week Samsung had a software update that was for the ecg app. It did not work. I could not set it up. I have been on the phone to Samsung 4 times. Twice with a Galaxy "Pro" and twice with media solutions and they still cannot get it working.

IT interferes with eye buds. It causes problems in my car . For me it is too much tech for one person. By itself may be okay.

Bought this watch specifically for the health monitoring that was advertised , mostly the blood pressure readings. Apparently the app needed to support this function is NOT available in the United States…..it was returned. Just noticed they have now removed the BP function. Also make sure your phone is compatible! It’s probably a good watch if you’re not interested in that specific function.

The watch has several added features, however in my opinion it does not merit an increase from $200.00 to $400.00.

Can't figure out how to get the blood pressure app to work...no guidance provided. Was told to go to samsung store to get help

I bought this specifically for blood pressure and its not even available for another 4 months from what they told me, plus it will also be on the watch active 2, that is around half the price. I just paid $455.00 for the same watch I bought 3 years ago. Its not worth the money. buy the older model, its the same watch with no new features.

Never used it much. I am not much for devices and tried it and didn't like the face and fit on my small wrist.

The watch might be good now but when I bought it it would not do several of the health things advertised, at least in the USA.

Nice watch but if you have any of the older models you do not have to upgrade. Not missing out on anything
