Cool watch to have but feel like it was a little unnecessary to purchase it when I did. It helps mainly with notifications and time telling, but the ui can be pretty slow.

I couldn't get the NumberSync service to activate, after wasting days on the phone with AT&T I decided to call Samsung. Samsung informed me they have had multiple complaints with watches purchased from Best Buy, they are all showing up as carrier locked to T-Mobile and they have no way of unlocking it, and it won't work properly as long as it's in that status. Complete garbage.

The watch was too heavy and clunky for my arm. I purchased the larger one to be able to see the info on dial such as battery life, heart rate, steps, etc. The bezel on this one did not move very smoothly either. I really wanted to like this watch and kept it for a week trying to find ways to like it. I took it back and exchanged it for the Active 2 large size which I LOVE. Lighter and battery life seems better. However, I don't regret getting the Watch 3 because it made me appreciate the Active 2 even more.

I really wasn’t impressed with the galaxy watch three my wife has the active too and I think it was a much better watch I’m really disappointed in the band selection you have for Samsung watches that’s the only reason why I probably keep going back to the Apple Watch is because their bands are much better I love to change bands every day and they are just so much better you would think with all the Samsung watch as they supposedly sell at the watchbands would look better and not feel so cheap

I haven't opened the box yet. I read a few negative reviews of the app used with the watch. I am still deciding what to do with the watch.

I was very disappointed in this watch. I purchased it as an upgrade from a watch 2, and had nothing but trouble with it. Number sync would quit working several times a day, the watch battery wouldn't make it through the day, and ultimately wouldn't take a charge. After owning it for about a month, I returned it and upgraded to the new watch 4.
