I own a galaxy 20 and galaxy watch 3 and I found the tizen os doesn't offer much options and operationally features to control functions in your phone

Not what I really expected could be better . There's delays in receiving notifications. And lagging at times .

Having the same issue as the other reviewers. The ICCID is showing as Unknown on the watch itself. Verizon Wireless is showing that the watch is not compatible on their network. Verizon sends us to Best Buy. Best Buy sends us to Verizon.

I added service to my watch to make phone calls, however I could only be on it for about 7 minutes before it would overheat and shut off. Not happy with this purchase!

Terrible watch, Terrible battery life, the watch wasn't actually unlocked (locked to tmobile) I was deployed and purchased on the way out and couldn't return watch so money down the drain (like we get paid that much, to begin with!)

Item received was not compatible with Verizon service even though it's LTE capable. No solution available at this time from Best Buy while Verizon rep said to ask retailer to check IMEI code for compatible devices, which it should not matter if LTE capable. Returning item as it seems this issue will be a recurring theme if I exhange it as I wasn't the only customer who had the same problem.

The watch is very nice and everything, however, the only issue is the battery life; it says it has a charge for 2 days or so, but my one has charge for just a day before its dead.

I really don't like that fact there was no memory or Sim card slots on the watch not worth spending so much money on ah temporary watch

I hate the dial around the watch. Its too loose and is always moving every time i move and selecting things. Also it does NOT work with the google pixel phones.

I wore it a few times and left it uncharged a couple months... When I tried it back on it no longer turns on.

I wouldn't buy this LTE version because sprint had no luck in activating the watch I would wait for Samsung to fix this issue

Leather band is thin and short, poor quality. screen resolution is subpar. Samsung is no longer the quality company they were, even on their top tier products.

If you are considering purchasing this watch for the LTE capabilities I would advise you to reconsider. I purchased an LTE version to use with my Sprint service and so far it has been a nightmare. After nearly an hour on the phone with Sprint, a trip to a Sprint store and a phone call to Best Buy I still cannot use this useless paperweight for its intended purpose. I am no Apple cheerleader but good God I am very disappointed in this watch.

Samsung Health Monitor does not work with my international S10+ or my Pixel 4a. Very misleading advertising by Samsung.

Nice watch easy setup but when trying to connect to Verizon it fails. Several phone calls to Verizon found out the watch is in fact locked and cant be used on verizon networks! How nice unlocked watch is locked and cant be used! Returning for better be full refund!

What is disappointment..The GW3 I purchased was locked to T-Mobile and not Unlocked as stated in the description. So I had to return the watch and now looking for a UNLOCKED GW3 to buy. Come on Best Buy! The watch is actually nice and functional on blue-tooth but being locked was a let down.

So, I, like many people, Thought this was incompatible with verizon..... it is not. the devices are defective and missing a simcard. they display "unknown ICCID" meaning they don't have a SIM card.... don't buy. this is a $500 dollar usless connection... amazing watch... poor execution. time to switch to apple.

Bought it as a gift for my brother. One week and a week of effort going to level 3 tech support later, returned for a full refund. If you want a GW3 on Verizon's network, you going to have to buy one from Verizon.

UNBLOCKED PHONE DID NOT WORT WITH ATT. SPENT HOURS TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK. 2 ATT STORES AND 8 DAYS LATER I BRING IT BACK TO RETURN.THEY WANT TO STICK ME WITH A $45 FEE FOR RESTOCKING. MANAGER WAVED IT. BUYER BEWARE OF UNLOCKED WATCHES.
