Great price and service! Love my watch. I hate that It has to be recharged ever night. I'm unable to use the the Bluetooth capabilities, because of the battery life. My husband has and old Samsung watch and he can go a couple of days before recharging it.

I was anxious about this purchase, because I haven't had good luck with my previous FitBits and previous Garmin. But this has worked perfectly for me -- and I like wearing a watch again! It allows me to go for a walk without dragging along my phone. It provides good feedback on my sleeping habits. It syncs effortlessly with my MapMyRun account. It has to be charged everyday, but it charges quickly: it has become my routine to charge it when I'm in the shower. Love it.

I specifically went for the Watch4 since I'm a Galaxy user already...so I figured syncing would make it much more feature-rich, which it does. The issue I have is the reputability of the sensor and the tech itself, namely the O2 SAT sensor and heart rate sensor/EKG feature. I needed something to help me gauge my vitals following a pulmonary embolism. I know the 3rd Gen is supposedly FDA approved, and I believe that this one is too, but I couldn't find something definite to confirm it one way or the other. There also isn't a lot of information about the technology of the sensors themselves. So, when I was having daily heart rate spikes in the 160's, I felt fortunate to have the watch recording everything. However, when I presented the information to my doctor, I had nothing to show that the data was reputable so it was more or less dismissed. Also, battery life sucks. It's really irritating having to charge it daily when you take measures to conserve battery as it is.

Fairly easy to use. A bit confusing to connect. Dropped the connection a couple times without any reason. Not bad, but I am not sure if I can recommend.

Works like a charm and looks great! Also light weight so it doesn't bother me when I work out and tracks my heart rate throughout! It can also track sleep habits but I don't really like sleeping with a watch on. It needs an android phone to get the most out of it I believe and can last about 2 days without a charge if setting are adjusted.

Bought this for my Dad who is a bit older and he loves it. He is able to check his messages without constantly pulling out his phone. It also tracks his HR and steps which is helpful at his age. It was a learning curve at first like anything technological but he seems to really enjoy it now that he understands how it works. Great Samsung product

I really love this watch. I went from a Versa 2 to this guy and I love what I'm able to do on this new watch. The only downside I've noticed for my personal usage is the battery life. If I keep the sound on and turn off bedtime mode and battery saver mode, the watch barely gets through the day on a full charge. I have found, however, that if I turn off bedtime mode and leave battery saver on, you can make it through about 2 days of use with the sound and vibration on for notifications.

Brought one for my wife and mother. They were both fans of the Active 2 but found the addtional features of this watch as a pleasant upgrade. Easy to use as well.

I had the Galaxy active 2 watch that was get for a few years. Water damaged the screen this summer, so I upgraded to the 4. So far so good. I like that the watch face is bigger than the 2. Most all the other functions seem the same. I see people complaining about battery life... I charge watch at night and wear watch all day with no problem.

I love my watch. Battery could be better but it does what i want it to. If you purchase a screen protector i recommend yourself to apply it. I had tech team do it and didnt notice till i got home it wasnt centered correctly and its started lifting. I would have taken it back to have them fix it but I dont live close to our store. I went ordered a full face cover and it fits the watch face nicely and is better protected.
