This watch is so light and comfortable on my wrist that I can wear it all day without interfering with my work. I had the older version of these watches and they were so bulky and heavy. Love that there is no physical bezel any longer - great upgrade!

We bought this for our 14 year old daughter as she wanted a way to track her steps and whatnot plus the capability to text and get notifications is the best. For the price of these watches why would you not want one.

I love my watch. The battery life is bad it always die fast.

Still getting to know this watch but it works great. Only bad part is the battery life is short. Went hiking and used the app to track and was dead just after 5 hours.

This is my second Samsung watch and it is awesome. It just does its job: time, exercise and communication. The previous one stopped working when I was swimming. I hope this one will work fine. Finally, it is the right size for my wrist.

Okay kind of hard to set up and and get used to all the features that works with it battery life is not very good life complains about that often

She was so surprised and very happy when she opened the box. First their price was affordable versus’s going to a store like Verizon or something. Have had no issues and it has lasted.

Overall I like the watch. I charge it before bedtime and it's good until the next night. One day I was up early and out and about all day and battery went dead mid-afternoon. Apparently a lot of walking and movement drained the battery. That's not good.

Extremely useful if you have a job were you need to use your phone but don't always have access to it can I attend would recommend

Awesome Watch for the price. Has all the features of apple watch and then some for like half the price. Got 2 as a present for my parents and they are loving it. I would recommend that you have a Samsung phone also to get the most features and ease of use.

I am upgrading from a Gear Sport that I absolutely loved. I had it for over four years. I upgraded for the new features on the watch. I went back and forth between this model and the classic. I went with this model because they are the exact same on the interior. The only difference comes with the cosmetic make up. I have falling in love with this watch as well. The screen is clearer and bright. It also seems bigger without making the watch feel bigger. I was a little worried about the band and its flexibility. It seems a little stiff, but it is working itself out the longer I wear it. It interfaces well with a samsung phone. I can not speak to any other type of phone. My only complaint (this is more a person want than a flaw), I don't like the puck charging device. I prefer my stand that I had with the Gear Sport. Other than that, love this watch.

First time owning a smartwatch. I mainly use it for the basics (to check the time and date, to read notifications, to change music tracks when working out, and to ignore calls by shaking my wrist). It is a great product. My only complain is the battery life. It needs to be charged daily.

Fits perfectly with my Galaxy S10 smartphone. Battery life is satisfactory. Since watch is constantly connected with my phone and I frequently use it to answer phone calls I need to charge after every 24h. All the other features are cool. Highly recommended.

Simple controls that are easy to use. I have a Samsung phone so it paired easily and had basic controls explained to me. Would recomend you look into installing a better key board.
