When she upgraded her phone her older one was no longer compatible. The only complaint she has is the new ones come with silicone bands so you have to buy other bands you like.

There was a problem with the 1st one she choose however after having the geek squad take a look at it we was informed that it's best we swap it out for another. Needless to say the swap worked perfectly.
