Well built but poor software quality

Once thing that I hate the most is that it take long time to startup and if you forget to unlock, it dies within an hour as it keeps draining battery.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Check out the articles titled, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" and "Keep your Samsung smart watch running in top shape" for some great tips on getting the most out of your Galaxy Watch4's battery. [-] Bluetooth fails after 2 months and now samsung repairing it for 2 weeks. Lesson learned for all samsung products. Never pre-order and wait for the 2nd batch of production.

The 40mm size was perfect as she has smaller wrists. Anything bigger wouldnt have been as good of a fit. Setup was quick and easy. Plenty of customization options.
