It is nice to not have to look for my phone to answer it. The health reminders are good. I am enjoying finding out this watch does. Really love the color too.

The major con is the battery lasts 1 day. If your ok with charging it every night then it’s a good purchase. My wife has the Fitbit verse that lasts a week without needing a charge.

Also, glass face is WAY to thin...this is a sports watch, it should have a better quality face. Im very mindful of my tech items...never dropped or cracked my cell phone.

It will not vibrate or make ANY sound for notifications. Neither best buy, tmobile or samsung has a clue why and none of them could fix it.

I am glad I did! because I saved money, and with the savings on the open box watch , I purchased the 2 yr geek squad protection plan. I still spent less, the watch is great, better battery life than expected and from what I had read, and still got a protection plan of 2 yrs! I love the choice of open box savings!

There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and the Galaxy Watch4 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode.
