I had to continue charging within 24hrs or less. Most of the features I wasn't too impress. I had the Fitbit Versa for several years and I read the review for the Samsung Watch4 and I purchased. 2 weeks later I switched back to the Fitbit Versa4. Much better smartwatch

2nd watch that has issues from here

The first one lasted about 8 months. Gave it another shot with the Active 4 and I've literally had it 4 months. It will not stay charged but for half a day. Tried resetting, using a different charger and still no luck. They always mess up after the return period but you never get enough use from them! Calling tech support only runs you in circles with no help. It is ridiculous and the closest best buy is 1hr & 45mins from me. Never again!

She uses it quite a bit for responding to texts and talking on the phone through the watch for quick calls. She loves the fact that she doesn't have to have her phone on her 24/7. She can leave the phone on the charger and the watch easily stays connected no matter where she's at in the house. Despite how often she uses it, the battery life is great.

Samsung told me some of the features can’t be used outside of the USA, specifically the EKG. Just purchased and will update later
