It just so happened that the Galaxy phine this is linked to got run over sonthe screen could not recognize input but the watch had full function and access to the phone. So we were not completely SOL.

I was excited about my purchase as it's not a necessity but I thought I would treat myself to an early birthday gift. I was a little leary about placing open box item but this is best buy and they said it was in "excellent condition". I never did that, but this is best buy so I thought I would try to save a few dollars. What I didn't understand is, why they did not just plug up the device before shipping. It makes no sense to me. I mean the device is "dead as a door knob."

Bought here, cannot submit receipt except for by a text thread. Still no resolution, only warranted til nov 11th of 2022. May be a 250 dollar useless paperweight forever.....

What they sent was a "good" quality one that had massive scratches on the bezel and on the upper side of the screen. The back of the watch was chipped and abrasive against my wrist. Returned it and got one from Amazon for less. Overall the Galaxy Watch4 is great but just not a renewed from Best Buy.
