I purchased a Galaxy Watch4, and had it all of 5 hours before sealing back up and returning. This thing is abysmal if you want to use for health monitoring. I wanted to see continuous heart rate monitoring on the main watch fact. Can't be done with 3rd party watch faces, and possibly only Samsung provided watch faces which are artsy, but insanely worthless. Samsung does NOT allow continuous heart rate monitoring for 3rd party watch faces. Samsung only provides a heart rate snapshot every 10 minutes for 3rd party apps. Terribly choice by Samsung. I fully charged the watch upon arrival, 5 hours later it was at 31%. Extremely disappointed with Samsung trying to compete with Fitbit. And Fitbit is what I'll be going back to.

Beautiful watch, gorgeous display, snappy fast, plenty of features, but starting with version 4, Samsung decided for its watches not to work with iPhone. This is no longer the common denominator watch that could work with both androids and iphone. The watch has a huge glass circle sticking out with no way to protect, so it is bound to get beat up and scratched up. But my biggest dislike is how Samsung wants to force you to give up all your information to them in order to use their products. When you buy Apple you only giving your info to Apple. But when you buy Samsung, you have to give all your personal info to Google and now Samsung won't let you use the Healh app that was made to work with the watch without you creating an account with them and giving them all the information. It is not enough for you pay top dollars for the watch, but unless you give them all your info, the watch is no more than a paper weight, because the app that tracks all the activities is locked until you agree to give samsung all kinds of personal info and permissions. For that reason, I will be sticking with the Apple eco system. Apple is not as aggressive forcing you to give up all your identity info.

I really love this watch. I have not had any problems with it. I use it everyday at home and work. Its great when something happens but I cant pick up my phone to check whats going on.

The newer watches dont really meet the simplicity or cost of the classic ones. I find this one a very sufficient smart watch for my needs.

The watch is nice and the features are good, but it is less accurate than my previous Samsung watch when measuring distances and most importantly, the battery life is terrible. It barely makes it through a day. This is even more true after some recent updates. Very disappointing.

Works as it should. Tells time and informs me of calls, texts, and alarms. What more could i want from a watch.

Stylish and connected pretty fast. Has a good option of sorting apps on home screen. Only negative would be that you can't use Verizon message+ which is a bummer. Overall a good smartwatch.

Great upgrade for my wife and I. It has several improved apps over our previous generation of watches.

I liked the look and feel of the Samsung Galaxy 4 smartwatch and I would have kept it except I did not agree with the privacy requirements.

This was a good watch, my wife had it for a while until the new came out!.. then we gave it to her grandma and its still going today

Was replacing an older model, the face is a lot bigger than my old one I don't love that. However it has more features and charges faster than my old one did.
