Thankfully, the recipient hasn't fallen to date so unclear if it works as advertised for this issue. However, the recipient is very happy with the large display. Watch does have some quirky messages- after arising from a chair, the watch displayed something like 'Good, You're Moving'.

When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Changed from apple watch to this one and I couldn't be happier. I never miss anything and if I'm walking or something it detects it, only thing is sometimes the movement tracker is a bit off, like when I'm walking at work and it tells me i need to start moving ha. But that's about my only complaint. Love this watch. Also love how customizable it is.

We love them! He basically only wears his for the time, so his battery will last up to three full days. Charging is very fast, and even more convenient to just set it down on the magnet charger. 6 months in and we are both still happy with the purchase!
