battery will die and wont charge

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this watch jul 27th. by august 5th i had to return it cuz the battery was defective. it is now oct 26th and the watch wont charge and is now dead. i have tried 2 different chargers and nothing. samsung support suggests rebooting it... really? try to schedule a repair visit with an authorized vendor and was told i have to mail it in, cuz samsung doesnt send them parts for watches. so buyer beware.
