When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. It does everything that I need it to do. Plus, I love the fact that I can disable the reminders to "stay active", just as every Smartwatch gives. I understand that most Smartwatches are designed so you can track your fitness, but in some cases, I find the reminders annoying and this watch goes further than just offering fitness reminders and trackers.
