Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Love the watch...when it works

The first lasted for 3 years and then it glitched beyond repair. I had high hopes I could make this one last a lot longer. The watch is light weight, beautiful screen and the watch faces allow more customization than in the past. I liked how easy it was to use for fitness tracking, which is about the same as my last watch. BUT, I'm on week 4 and it keeps rebooting, screen freezes and as of this review won't turn on. Fully charged, no water or screen damage, just stopped working. I have tried to research, and get help via Samung's website no answer. I will be returning and maybe Garmin will treat me better. Perhaps, I just got a bad one out the shipment.

I didnt fall, was standing and talking with friends. I was so scared that it would contact paramedics by mistake. I was trying to hit all the buttons and watch face to stop and somehow it did. Plus i am spending more time charging because the battery lasts maybe a day and a half. My previous Fitbit was so much better than this one. I will be returning this watch!

Only disappointment is it has a virtual rotating bezel, instead of a physical rotating bezel. If you’re ok with that, then get this watch, it’s loaded with features and looks good.

Lots of neat features i am learning about. I am 75 and it was a protection purchase for fall detection and the SOS feature. My family is several states away but finds it reassuring that I can summon help if needed.
