This automatically notifies your emergency contact person or 911 if it detects a fall. It also encourages me to check my heart rate at bedtime, so I know whether i need to take a medicine, it helps keep me straight. Gives a feeling of safety

Setup has not been as simple as I thought it would be. I started setting it up but got caught on the T-Mobile part. It isn't showing her a watch yet until I get back to see her and finish setting it up.

However battery life was typically only 10 - 12 hours and would not consistently respond to incoming phone calls regardless of connectivity.

Well I love this. It has made me more aware of my activity/steps, my sleep and oxygen saturation levels during sleep, and helps me to ensure I am drinking enough water every day. I am still learning about its functions, but I love the fact I can receive calls and texts without it being nearby

It's great for tracking my activity as well as my body composition and heart rate. It's one of my favorite accessories and I love the interchangeable bands. My only complaint would be that there aren't a lot of watch faces to choose from without having to download a watch face app.

Battery only lasted 4hrs, watch would not get past the Starting screen & screen flickering. I upgraded to watch 5 lte and haven't had any issues yet.

It doesn't last long enough. I have to charge it daily and I don't even do anything on it. I had the Galaxy watch 2 and it's battery would last for 3 or more day's. Other than that it's a great watch.
