I shouldn't have to buy a off brand bumper case just to feel more comfortable wearing my watch without being overly cautious of damaging it.

Inaccurate tracking

Tested it compared to the Fitbit I "upgraded" from and by manually counting, and the Samsung was off by a significant amount. The Samsung website also says that "The watch is intended to calculate real step counts while walking". Pushing a stroller while walking does not count as real steps to Samsung. Should have stuck with FitBit or Google Pixel watch.
