I started developing burn marks under the watch after only 3 weeks of owning this thing. This is a known issue and has many posts on the Samsung forums and other websites with people mentioning the same issue. Just do a search for 'Galaxy watch burns' and you will see many posts about it. Some of the suggestions were to turn off some sensors and/or to clean the watch multiple times a day. I turned off all the sensors and it still happened. I tried cleaning it multiple times a day and it still happens. It's not a rash and it's not from sweating. I do not have sensitive skin. I have worn watches including smart watches all my life and never had an issue. The battery life is also poor. Normal use will get you a day max. With minimal use you might get a day and half out of it. If you turn everything off you might be able to get two days but then what's the point in having this thing? The return window closed last week so I'm stuck with a useless watch. We have had issues with Samsung products before that were also known issues and the customer service is terrible. We will no longer purchase Samsung products.
