Bought it for my step son and he loves it, plus it helps him keep trace of his training

It doesn't do everything I thought it and is hard to get the stuff I'm looking for.

I don't own a Galaxy phone so I was unable to use it.

Slow and not enough features, battery life is Allright

The listing said it had zero damage and was in exquisite condition when the watch arrived I noticed it had a deep scratch on the screen. Im very disappointed. I paid for the highest quality available only for me to get a damage watch. I definitely will not be buying from your open box selection again.

Great looking watch, but it doesn't seem pair up too well even with Samsung 21+.

Battery life is lacking died almost every day and was a little heavy

So disappointed that I switched back to my Samsung Active 2 watch. I was so excited to purchase the Active 4 and as soon as I set everything up, the problems start to occur. My issues are the battery does not last but 2 to 3 days at the most. The watch does not notify me when I receive a notification. The phone barely detects exercise movements. I've attempted to Goolge and YouTube. I've also called Samsung support and the young lady attempted to trouble shoot but told me that as long as I am within my return period to take it back to Best Buy cause there is nothing more she can do. I returned my watch and what do ya know that same issues occurred again. I will be returning and not purchasing another samsung watch until they decide to get it together. Galaxy 4 is not worth the money.

Had to return. Its wound not get gmail notifications to the watch.

I previously had a smart watch, it died after years, so since I use most samsung products, I bought the watch, I have had to reset it and still don't know if it will do what I want. I just want to check health status during sleep

Battery don't last as long as my galaxy 3 46mm and is 2 years old, screen is ok but not as good, strap feels cheap, bottom line 8f you have an extra 100 dls. Go for the better model

This is probably one of the best Android Wear watch available on the market. Unfortunately battery life os not good. Lack of applications is another bad side . But they do look great!

Was not able to set up my messages only calls on the watch. I reset it a couple of times and got nothing. I'm going to have to return to the store to get it paired or return and exchange it.

Everything that this watch offers is overshadowed by its ridiculous battery life, it only lasts 18 hours without using gps or anything. They promised 40 hours of use and it is a lie. I will return it

I would love this watch if the Samsung Health Monitor wasn't only compatible with Samsung phones. All I can get is Samsung Health. So no EKGs.

This watch had little or no touch to program and froze up often. Never did get it programed and itcwould not shut off. Battery died after 5 hours. It is difficult to use 2 fingers to swipe up, down, or across the smLl screen to change apps. I returned it to Best Buy the next day and ordered the Samsung 4 classic 46 mm watch. It was easy and fast to program and sync to my phone. The battery is at 23% after 3 days!! Glad i switched. I would recommend ypu pay more and get the 46mm Galaxy 4 Classic with the rotating bezel.
