    Me and my wife initially went to bestbuy bunker hill to buy her a birthday gift. We bought this watch, and little that we know that the watch which was given to us was an open box even though we paid for the price of the brand new watch. Wife was so upset the she walked it back to the counter and demand ta return. Off note: employees from the bunker hill bestbuy were all not accommodating. We went to katy freeway and bought the watch. Big difference! Staff from katy freeway were all friendly and helpful.

    I was so disappointed. The watch would not notify my of any messages and it would not recognize wrist movement to come on. I kept having to restart it. I had to return it.

    The watch worked for a while until I updated to the latest Operating System then it blacked out on me can’t get it to turn on at all

    Just bought this and was setting up yesterday. The setup was a nightmare. It's not as bad now but I will never buy another.

    Beautiful watch amazing display but the battery life is absolutely horrible! Within 4 hours it was almost dead. Returned it same day.

    The battery life for this watch is very very poor i charge it for 6 plus hours and be fully carge and down to 20% in 4 hours

    I am thoroughly disappointed with the purchase. The battery life is 'Very poor'. I have very limited apps installed - standard Samsung apps that come along with the watch, calls and message alerts only. Still the battery lasts just about two days. This is the status during the first 15 days of the purchase, and it will certainly slow down going forward.

    The battery life on this watch is absolutely the worst battery life I've ever experienced with a smartwatch. I promptly returned it and went with a cheaper Amazfit Rex smartwatch and now I go days or even a week between charges. If I could give this product a zero, I would.

    This is the 2nd Galaxy Watch4 i've had in two days and can't get either past the welcome screen and getting help from Samsung is impossible and a huge waste of time. Ridiculous

    Took this back. Was not allowed to look at before I bought it. Sales lady said it was for a woman. I didn't know anything about the size. It was way to big for me.
