It was dirty and CRUSTY AF. But the woman at the Mount Vernon, NY location had my back and brought me out this beauty. I can talk and text even go on YouTube! Battery lasts me a whole day at work

OS Hybrid doesn't meet expectations

Where it fails for me is in the Apps. If you have Apps on Tizen, they don't xfer to this watch. At this point Tizen has 20 times more useful Apps than WearOS. After finally looking at the WearOS app store, making the switch doesn't make sense. If you have a Samsung Watch, stick with it. I gave this watch a shot and after a couple of Tizen watches, this WearOS3 model just doesn't compare. Also, the Band sits really weird on the wrist and bulges out on the sides. Band has a terrible design.

I’ve changed the band 3 times and still runs good. I went into Best Buy to play with Samsung watch 4. I’m visually impaired and smart watches are hard for us to use or read it. Give me your input how it would be iFIT the blind or visually impaired? I would need two or three weeks to really see how it would benefit the blind or visually impaired.

I'm happy with my Galaxy Watch and plan to continue buying them after I wear out this one. I accidentally broke my last one. No insurance; my bad. The only neg is battery life. However, if you own a watch with the same level of functionality this one has, you'll run into a similar issue with battery life. The apps that run in the background are the culprit. The heartbeat LED sensor also is at fault. If you run the GW4 in battery saver mode, you'll get about twice the operating time per charge than in the normal mode. There are new battery technologies in the horizon which can give you upward of six times the charge capacity and another one that you would never have to charge for the life of the watch itself, but you'll need a metaphorical high-powered telescope to see that one in the horizon.

My best friend let me borrow it brand new as he purchased another brand and was trying to decide between the two. This worked well for me for the time and was an upgrade from the original galaxy watch

The only reason I bought this new watch is because my active 2 does not have the blood oxygen and the ECG. My watch will not update fo get it. So I bought the new watch. Well the faces are horrible too small cannot see the complications. I bought a face you have to if you you want interactive complications on the face. The heart and the weather complications does not work. I thought on no should I return it. So I will keep it. I use it to sleep in for the better insight and blood oxygen why I sleep. During the day I wear my active 2. Until Samsung updates it to have better faces and better graphics it will be my sleep watch lol. It looks nice just needs more work. And no comparison to the Apple Watch sorry no. Also why not a stainless Steel in this watch just like the classic version a gold stainless Steel would of been nice. Oh well.
