Love it. Very useful tool. Really enjoybthe extra features. This is my 3rd samsung watch.

I purchased this device open box excellent condition and received it not working properly. The buttons on the side for the home and back function do not function. Rendering the watch un un-usable. I would not recommend purchasing this product in an open box condition as it has obviously not been tested or lied about the condition. I would have loved to return or replace the product but because i went through progressive leasing I would have had to return the device first meaning I would have to start a whole new lease for a new one which would be silly. I will be eating the cost for a device that doesnt work. I could have swapped it out but due to no bestbuys near me not having one I could not do so. Save yourself the headache and dont buy this product!

I got my watch August 29th, as of October 26 the watch started having battery issues. Went to bed with a fully charged watch and battery was drained before waking up. Previously, battery was lasting about a day and a half or so, depending on usage. Watch interface is starting to be non responsive at times as well (also a recent issue, maybe a week or so?)

I bought this to replace a Fossil Watch I had. WearOS is severely lacking compared to the Apple Watch. However, Samsung has closed the gap a bit. It still doesn't compete with the Apple Watch unless you ha e a Samsung phone. For Android, it still offers a lot of features, but not all are available without a Samsung phone. Knocked off 1 star for that.

A little disappointed with the watch. Battery only last 2 to 3 days max and needs yo be charge

Good watch and on sale for $170. I wanted the classic so i basically had a fidgit spinner at all times, but it's a lot more just for that. It does look larger than the classic that i previously had and lost. Lots of good health benefits/ monitoring

Got this watch for my dad and he loves it. The band is very comfortable and offers a variety of functions regarding health and various apps. It’s better than the Apple Watch in my opinion and I have the Apple Watch that cost twice as much more.

I love the features of this watch and the way it looks. It's really easy to use and has so many options to personalize it. My only complaint is there seems to be a bug that causes the heart rate monitor to not work consistently. Usually it's just a problem in the middle of a workout.

Nice watch with cool features. I wish it had Google Assistant. I would definitely recommend it.

Love the watch. I just bought one for my sister too. Just be careful to only use the genuine Samsung watch charging pad that comes with it. Some of the knock-off pads just make your watch very hot and they overheat and shut down, or the screen goes crazy.

Product arrived exactly as expected. Samsung makes great electronic devices and the Watch 4 is no exception. Solidly built, comfortable to wear, and the screen is bright and visible! Cons: band is a little big for my wrist, no included screen protection.

Excellent watch, did not get option of ECG and Blood pressure monitor

The wear os operating system totally changes the feel of the watch. It's more android friendly. I can even get notifications from the cameras at my house sent straight to my watch with a thumbnail photo on the watch. I love it.
