Battery doesn’t last 40 hours as promised dies after 20

I'm still learning how to use the watch, but it is great!! Coming from the gear fit pro2, to this watch is such a big difference. I love that if I need to make a call I can go on the watch instead of having to look for my phone. Best choice ever!!

Well it functions as designed and holds a charge longer than expected. Has functions beyond my needs or understanding. Started a shower with it on twice amd have no issues with any water damage. Very resistant.

It is a very nice smartwatch and easy program and use.

Piece of junk. The battery life was never it's greatest feature. I have owned it for a little over a year. My glass screen protector broke so I turned it off for a few weeks until I could get around to replacing the protector. When I went to turn it back on it was a brick. It wouldn't even charge. Absolute garbage. Went on Samsung's website and it shows already registered. It makes me wonder if best buy sold me a refurbished watch as a new one. either way I have an expensive brick to either trash or pay to get fixed. Never again will I buy a Samsung product.

Nice watch, comfortable, easy-to-use, clear screen

Bought this on a whim during black Friday. Works well, battery life is fine. I personally don't like the strap that it comes with so I ordered some new ones from Amazon. The customization is good. Having media control on my wrist has been the biggest game changer.

It's a fairly simple watch, given the inteface feels similar to my Galaxy phone, so there wasn't much adjustment required. It's comfortable and charges quickly, too. I'm happy with it.

Love the integration with my galaxy S21. You will want to take the time to really go through all the options. I just jumped in and continue to find cool things that it allows me to do.

Watch is very stylish, fits your wrist good. The watch band that comes with it could be a lot better. Battery life is pretty bad, looses 17 % overnight. Watch faces not as good as they say. Has more ram & storage than active two.

Has alot of functions i found useful that i did not expecct. Breathing exercise is a nice function for focusing on relaxing when feeling a bit stressed. Colorful screen easy to see while outside in the sun. Use to smaller watch size and was suprised to find not as bulky as it seems.

Got this for my grandson for Christmas. He has been asking for it for month. Watch came very neatly boxed. I was impressed with the look of the watch. Not sure of battery life yet.

After being with apple products for years, i switched to Samsung phone last year and this year purchased this watch after a friends recommendation. Pairs up perfectly with no complaints. Would recommend!!!

This watch makes managing life so much easier. I can keep up with work emails, texts and phone calls. It has also helped me reach my fitness goals, as it tracks steps, heart rate, etc. I would absolutely recommend!!!

I got the watch after not wearing a watch for over s decade. Figured I wouldn't like it or use it, but I was wrong. Love it and use it all the time and it's a nice extension to my phone.

Got this for myself. Love the big face and all my wristbands from active watch 2 fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend. Love this watch also got on sale at a great price.

Bought this to upgrade from my Samsung Gear fit. Has to decide between this version or the 4 classic. While the classic had more of "classic" wristwatch look with the rotating bezel, I decided on this version because I use it for when I workout and didn't wanna have to baby it worrying about damaging the bezel

I dont think i could of adked for a better watch. It fits all my wants that i wanted in a watch plus more and got it for a deal for being a Total Tech member so i cant complain at all!

Upgraded from a fitbit versa to this Smart watch. It's a great investment especially for someone on the go. Not only are you taking control of your health but you can dtay alert and organized on the go.

This was an upgrade from a Watch2. The only issue was my watch face did not support this version. Had to find a suitable face/ I did notice that the power consumption is more when exercising.
