I purchased this after having afib and wanting to keep a closer watch on my heart. Other than I phone and watch's this is about the only one you can get that will monitor afib. My last Samsung watch was not waterproof and the notifications never worked very well. This one everything works all though I do take it off for the shower just in case.

Also blood pressure measurement feature is still not available in the US version.
