There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch4 may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For instance, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and the Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Check out, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" and "Keep your Samsung smart watch running in top shape" for some great tips on how you can get the most out of your Galaxy Watch4's battery. It has what you want for fitness (tracks steps, has a heart rate monitor, etc.), all types of watch faces with various display options (I chose a face that allows me to select a pic from my gallery and display battery level, steps, a direct link to my messages, and the weather), and a ton of different apps. Easily the nicest of the three smart watches I have owned.

Some reviewers indicated that many of the functions would only work in conjunction with the Samsung phones. Since I was able to catch the watch on sale, I decided to see if it would be worthwhile to use with my Google Pixel 6 Pro phone. I have found that it is very useful, and I am able to use enough of the functions to make it worth the purchase price. Additionally, I like the look of the Black case.
