I purchased this after having afib and wanting to keep a closer watch on my heart. Other than I phone and watch's this is about the only one you can get that will monitor afib. My last Samsung watch was not waterproof and the notifications never worked very well. This one everything works all though I do take it off for the shower just in case.

There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch4 may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For instance, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and the Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Check out, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" and "Keep your Samsung smart watch running in top shape" for some great tips on how you can get the most out of your Galaxy Watch4's battery. If the 44mm version is too large for your liking, check out the new Galaxy Watch6 in 40mm. It may be the perfect fit for you!
