Because of this full price was not an option but it needed to be new. It came with a charger for a different watch and ruined Valentines day. It will not charge. I called and the only way to get a charger is make the 2 hour round trip and even then it is likely a return and no charger available

Too many of the really cool features require a Samsung phone and even the reduced functionality requires installing multiple apps on non-Samsung devices. Points for overall design though and performance.

Multiple visits to Best Buy and Verizon Corporate stores as well as hours spent on chatting with Verizon chat has proved useless so far. Someone has dropped the ball here. I have 2 weeks left to return my watch which I hate to do. I love the watch itself. Someone has screwed the pooch here. Samsung or Verizon ?

Verizon and Samsung can't figure it out. I spent over an hour with Verizon which I appreciated their time trying to remedy the problem. I am sorry to state that as much as I wanted to go with the Samsung, Apple does not have these issues :(

I purchased this watch in mid-January. I specifically asked the store consultant if it was easy to set up with an IPhone. He said it was. Life happened and I did not get a chance to set the watch up until today. Guess what? It is not compatible with an IPhone. Of course, I am outside of Best Buy’s miserly 14 day return period. I have purchased three TVs from them in the past several weeks. If they will not exchange it, I am never buying a thing from them again.

When I went to get it its own line of service through my carrier Verizon I found out it was not compatible. I bought an unlocked watch so this shouldn't have been an issue. Returned it.
