It interacts with it and records ALL of your activities and life including sleep monitoring. You have a choice of clock faces for simply getting the time! I'm getting used to all its bells and whistles even though we're just getting acquainted with its numerous features.

I hesitated a bit on getting it but now that i have it, i have no regrets. I'm an EMT and had the bulky galaxy watch with the bezel. This watch looks so much sleeker, so much better and lets me wander and carry on with my job without having my phone(note s20 ultra) in my pants. Connection is great, super responsive watch. Tracks my steps and everything i need a watch to do out in the field.

However, I'm returning it because the battery doesn't even last a full day and you can't change the wrist orientation from the left wrist to the right wrist (for us lefties). Sure, you can put it on your right wrist, but the buttons then face your arm as opposed to your wrist and the tracker isn't as accurate because tracking measurements aren't accurate since you can't tell the watch you're changing wrist orientation.
