For an open box gadget it is in excellent condition and came with full accessories, I have no complaints about it.

Bought for my mother and overall is a good size and the turn dial makes is easy to use.

Very good looking watch. The features were nice. Its too bad they put a horrible battery in it. If you didn't use it much it would last almost a day. I checked it at night, said 50% battery remaining. In the morning it was dead and would not respond after charging. I returned it.

I would not purchase again when comparing it to other models of the Samsung watch and definitely not when comparing to the Apple Watches. The older models you can use with android or apple and the features on this watch just work okay.

I really love the size of this watch. I have a smaller wrist so the size is right. I wear this watch almost every day. I just wish the battery life was a bit longer but it’s average battery life when using all the features for this watch. I get all my messages via this watch,phone calls etc. I would recommend this watch for the women who have smaller wrist.

Love many features of this watch but a few things that bother me is emails disappear if I don't look at right away. Also, have to go to separate app Samsung Health to view my workouts, etc. Should all be one app to change features, etc. I have to go to Galaxy Wearable for some changes and Health for others. Battery life could be better also but isn't horrible.

I was drawn in by the open box items available for the Samsung galaxy watch but then saw the stainless steel styled one and chose that one. They’re less expensive elsewhere but I appreciate the full line offering at Best Buy. If these big box stores get extinguished by online retailers, this thing of shopping for something by hands-on experience will become a thing of the past. I’d rather that not happen.
